Of course, your deposit represents an investment in your property journey, no matter what building you rent. Our priority will always be to work with our tenants to protect their deposits, so we only work with landlords who use the largest government-approved tenancy deposit scheme (TDS).

I have had a professional relationship with John Dean, and in particular Vicki Phelan, since 1992. Initially as a tenant for six years and now as a landlord from 2001 to the present day.
